Senior Advisor at L Catterton focused on Europe

Previously, Alexandra was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse covering strategic European clients and heading the mid cap M&A activities in Northern Europe. Prior to Credit Suisse, she ran her own M&A boutique, Trocadero Corporate Finance, with a focus on primary deals in the automotive, education, luxury goods, food and beverage sectors in French and German speaking countries on behalf of prominent European Family Equity Investors.

Earlier, Alexandra spent more than twelve years building the investment portfolio of Quilvest Group, and five years as CEO of Quilvest Capital in Germany.

Philippine Fauchier-Magnan joined Dhavernas Advisory in 2021 as Executive Office Coordinator broadly responsible for market analysis and preparation of support material for meetings, office management and administrative duties. Philippine organizes and follows-up all activities and engagements and coordinates the collaboration with associated partners.

She is a University of Warwick graduate in international relations and holds a master’s degree in International Law from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II).
Final year student at Cours Florent, a renowned French drama school, Philippine is passionate about theatre, cinema, writing play scripts and rock climbing.
