Alexandra Dhavernas von Elverfeldt is a seasoned strategic financial advisor and investor with over 3 decades of experience supporting family equity investors, founder-led companies, and international corporate portfolios across Europe, the UK, and Asia.

Before founding Dhavernas Advisory, Alexandra was Managing Director at Credit Suisse, where she served on the Management Committee of International Wealth Management (IWM), covering strategic European clients and leading mid-cap M&A activities in Northern Europe. Previously, she founded and ran Trocadero Corporate Finance, an M&A boutique advising prominent European family investors on primary deals across automotive, education, luxury goods, and food & beverage sectors in French- and German-speaking markets.

Earlier in her career, Alexandra spent over a decade building Quilvest Group’s investment portfolio and served 5 years as CEO of Quilvest Capital in Germany.

She is also a Senior Advisor at L Catterton focused on Europe.

Alexandra is a graduate of Institut d’Études Politiques, Paris.

Teresa joined Dhavernas Advisory in 2025 as Executive Office Coordinator, where she oversees market analysis, prepares materials for meetings, manages office operations, and coordinates administrative activities. She ensures seamless follow-up on engagements and facilitates collaboration with associated partners.

She is a University of Leicester graduate in International Relations and Foreign Languages and holds a Master’s degree from University of Marc Bloch in Strasbourg. Born and raised in the UK to multicultural parents, she has lived in France since 2006. Fluent in English, French, and Polish, her linguistic skills reflect a genuine curiosity for languages and cultures.

Beyond her professional work, Teresa enjoys challenges that engage the analytical mind—jigsaw puzzles, Sudoku, and crosswords. She is also passionate about volunteering, theatre, travel, and literature.
